2. Service Description
Trading Simulator is:
- An educational tool to learn trading
- A risk-free environment with virtual money
- A gamified experience with missions and challenges
Trading Simulator is NOT:
- Financial advice or recommendations
- A real-money trading platform
- A guarantee of success in real trading
3. Virtual Currency
The app uses virtual currency (€ and Coins) that:
- Has no real-world value
- Cannot be converted into real money
- May be modified or removed at any time
4. User Behaviour
The following is prohibited:
- Using bots or automation
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse the system
- Manipulating the leaderboard
- Exploiting bugs for unfair advantage
5. Trading Disclaimer
IMPORTANT:
This is an educational simulator. Past performance in the app does not guarantee results in real trading.
Always consult a qualified financial advisor before trading with real money.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Losses in real trading
- Downtime, bugs or technical issues
- Loss of virtual currency or progress in the app
7. Changes to These Terms
We may change these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
